To begin a new Café Church that welcomes younger families to worship with us at St Mark’s

Create a leadership team
Meet every third Sunday of the month from 19th January 2025

Grow a culture of Generosity, Giving and Serving to support the vision of the church

Encourage as many people as possible to join the Parish Giving Scheme
Teaching to encourage giving as a normal part of church life
Give away a portion of our income to wider mission

Build a Sense of Community and Shared purpose

Two fun social events for church and community to enjoy together (Spring and Autumn)

To reorder the Church Hall and gardens to better serve the church and community

To refurbish the kitchen (May 2025)
To create a new garden accessed through the hall and side gate (March 2025)
To open up the car park to church and hall users (Jan 2025)
Spring Clean and tidy the church, garage and hall (Feb 2025)

Create clear administration and support for the work of the church

Appoint a new warden (s) – (APCM 2025)
Raise up leaders and teams for all the Sunday service teams

Some other things for consideration

We want to develop the worship and prayer life of the church
We would like to run an Alpha Course at some time in 2025
